How can I avoid dazzling on-coming drivers in France?

I have just taken my M2C to France for the first time and I appear to be dazzling on-coming drivers at night. My car has Adaptive LEDs and there is nothing in the handbook about adjusting the beam pattern for driving on the right. I have had a good look on this website and elsewhere but have found nothing conclusive. The dip cut-off is definitely higher on the left side, both with the master switch to automatic and set to ordinary headlights. About 1 car in 5 is flashing me on single carriageway roads, which is way too much for comfort. I haven't asked the dealer as I recently had to threaten court action to get a refund for unscheduled work.

Des anyone have a solution for this? Many thanks.
