Thus, your assumption that they obviously had to have used a dyno when creating the tune because how could they tune is an incorrect assumption.

Yes. But they are advertising specific HP results. Should have very clear before and after detailed results. The car. Same dyno. Specific modifications.
More data gives more credibility.
