Thanks for the info. Heading to Little Switzerland in three weeks after M school. Will definitely check out Grandfather Mountain, Rt 221, Blowing Rock and Boone. |
Definitely worth it. Quite a few different driving experiences in that area. Plus tons of good food in Boone and blowing rock. I think I'm gonna go back down in September or October, might make some side trips to either little Switzerland, I read about one of the roads there being crazy with switchbacks, or over to tail of the dragon since I've never done it.
