Gotta say the MyBMW site is completely worthless in getting status updates.
Equally worthless is the 800 # - unless you call during normal business hours & can speak to a human.
The automated system doesn't understand spoken words very well.
And today, after getting her to understand "Vehicle Production Status" the reply was that my car is "at port awaiting a shipping vessel". Actually, it left Bremerhaven on Nov 19 & got to Los Angeles yesterday.
Pretty much a worthless service.
