Perspective is always deceiving on these photos so take it for what it is worth. Overall, there is not a lot of space left between the strut and the wheel/tire with the 265 tire 18x9.5 combo. If I were to take an educated guess, maybe 7mm-10mm of space?? The 275 will be closer but still might work on the 9.5inch rim without a spacer in my opinion. I think camber plates will be needed for clearance upon compression on the outer fender tab area with the 275 though. One of the things that we often forget is, it's not just the added width of the 275 but the extra height that is the killer. Every wider fitment I've ever done on the 1 and 2 series has always been incredibly tire height sensitive, which is an extra pain
In stock form, this 265 set up is hard to beat, it just bolts up and works
