I'm not really sure how this addresses their own lack of dyno results. This states that some dynos don't accurately reflect real world performance, and they admit it is not all. This is a caution (warning) not to use a dyno, not a defense as to why they haven't published numbers.
Agreed on all you said but want to add that they say it voids the warranty from them. Basically it's incentivizes the average person to never publish any real world results. Seems shady in my opinion.
