This rear is an aggressive fitment sticking out just under 3mm. The fronts are nearly flush.
No rubbing at stock height (tested with one adult passenger in the front and one pre-teen in the back while spirited driving on curvy mountain roads). No rubbing with steering wheel turned all the way, although it is VERY close with the Conti's.
The wheels are quite light for their size. Using my bathroom scale, the front wheels are about 21.6lbs and the rears 23.2lbs .
