I'm so mad right now thinking about this actually......... Why do I feel like this is going to take hours and days of pestering them when they could just cut straight to them fixing a problem that sounds like the car is dragging its exhaust on the ground? They say they want to save money so their policy is the tech has to hear it happen, but what about the money they lose when future potential customers hear the sound and BMW being stubborn about fixing a problem? It's just nonsense!
Just keep asking! There is a moment they will listen
