Just tell your detail shop it's coated. That's all you need to do. They will limit their detail to a deep cleaning wash but stop short of any mechanical correction like cutting and buffing. it just means that any paint defects you have now are trapped under the ceramic coat and there to stay.
They will also likely go lighter on the clay bar as a more aggressive bar could damage the coating.
