Reviving this thread to see if anyone's put the OG straight black chrome tips on the M2C. I hate that the M2C slanted tips are so tucked in, but all the aftermarket products are so ridiculously large, I don't like them. BMS 90MM are okay, but no black chrome. The mode design one's from Australia are too big at 95MM and almost touch each other. Love the idea of the straight tip (more true to M cars) and figure that the top would hit the end of the slant and the bottom, being flush with top, would protrude further than the slant cut stock tip bottom. They should be secure given built in design and, given the same 70MM inlet diameter, should work fine, absent the OG straight cut tip being significantly longer or shorter than the slant tip. If no one, I may just order a set to find out!
