Is it shameful to do the first 600 miles with blue painters tape covering the front? I'm taking delivery from our collective dealer in the deep South, and I'd rather get PPF and carbon ceramic at a local shop that provides a long warranty on the work. |
Do what needs done. It's not a beauty contest.
My car showed up with no washing and the white tyvek transport film on hood, roof and trunk at my request. It went that way to PPF and color correction because that's how they wanted it.
