The CS badge on the M3/M4 Comp carries a 45% premium. So you are looking at about ~$85,000 msrp for M2CS. No telling how much for new CSL badge. The GTS was pushing 100% premium at the time.
Now take into account the M4 Comp already has a carbon roof, carbon trunk, carbon driveshaft, etc. So essentially the carbon costs were already baked into the cost. Logically thinking one could conclude the M2 CS premium could be even more drastic, if it adds some of the Mperf carbon panels as standard.

All true, but I would coutner argue that on the M2 CS they only added a few thousand dollars for S55, M5 brakes and M3/M4 seats. The fact that the M2 is in a different segment, might suggest they will keep the mark up lower than on the M3/4 |
Very true, I was really surprised that the M2C in the UK 'only' a deed £3-5k it seems.
