Apex and all, need some advice. I got my EC-7's in a couple of weeks ago and haven't had the chance to do anything with them yet.
My situation is stock M2C, 245/35 front, 265/35 PSS OEM on the stock wheels with US spec big brakes.
I want to track (likely time trial) the car but don't plan to add any camber plates or other camber adjustment to it.

The car, as expected, suffers from terminal understeer at the limit.
I want either RivalS 1.5 or RE71-R for time trials and the Rivals don't appear to have any close sizes.
So I'm assuming RE71-R it is.

What size RE71-R should I try on these new Apex rims that a) won't rub with no modifications to suspension and b) will help me mitigate some of the inherent understeer? I was thinking I'd just close the 20MM gap between front and rear to 10 MM but I'm looking for suggestions.

Please advise! Thanks!
I'll post some in car video when I get the chance as well. I can't wait to get these wheels on the car!
TIA!
