Well since none of you had anything to say about down force.
I reached out to a few other people. One of which was Amir from RS Future. They build TT aero and he said the CS racing wing is a capable tool for making pretty decent downforce. Ryan from IND also said on their green car that it has worked well.
I purchased the CS racing wing and the RKP GP Front splitter. This should generate some balanced aero and a noticeable change on track.
