a couple of questions:
1) I have removed the Dinan CAI from the M235. I trust I can pop that in the new M2?
2) I have his 710 VMR's 18" that I convert into his winter setup with his Nokian snows. Will the staggered 710's work with his M2?

The Dinan intake will fit , with modifications . The left Strut brace needs to be cut/trimmed . The kit came with a vinyl rubber kit which was unneeded for the 235i and probably thrown out . The directions for the cut are on the Dinan site .
