I think you're might be conflating two separate features;
"Easy access" I believe is when the driver's window dips upon entry.
"Easy Exit/Entry" (listed here) moves the seat backwards, upon opening the door and then moves it back in the original position after you re-enter.
I just checked and they are there and the feature works exactly how it's outlined, with these changes listed.
Maybe contact Bimmercode which you VIN and see if they can help you resolve this issue.

I just now checked in Bimmercode Demo mode, ALL the required parameters are there, you just need to change them, as posted.
