I honestly would lean toward a Cayman S/GTS or a nice used 911 if you need backseat space. If you want something larger, you need a sedan or maybe a Macan. The BMWs are all very nice cars, have great seating positions, but the Porsches are just a cut above IMO. I understand the differences aren't so stark so can see why there is a struggle making a decision.
