If I remember correctly leasing wasn't an option initially on the CS cars. It only became an option when people weren't paying BMWs ridiculous prices and they wanted/needed to move the cars. |
That's news to me. Straight from launch, I'm pretty sure there was leasing options/program - at least in Canada. Would be very unusual for BMW to have a program for a car (limited or not) in one country and not in the other.
