There are several shops in the area which should be able to assist you without having to remove the DME and ship it anywhere such as

Going with above and beyond 300$... west palm beach.. alittle far
Euromotive works with a 3rd party and the company is a pure ECU company so I'd have to do the uninstall.
Active Autowerk is also far (homestead). They won't do it unless I get their tune.
