I was able to submit for one just this morning!!!
We don't have a production allocation but we submitted for dates at end of September to coordinate with the Ring Lapping BMW Driving Experience I plan to attend. There is certainly some risk here with dates and car and covid, but I have to try to coordinate it all!
The other dealer I was working with has a 2020 allocation and can do late August on a 2020. If anyone is interested, I can forward that contact.
