If that is really wanted, why not "decorate" the car with ABS components instead for a fraction of the CF cost, wherever CF is nor warrantied structurally, and then put the money left over into uprating the engine output/drivetrain, interior comfort features and such.
This is the problem with BMW. They are into overpriced body panels and faux weight saving interior gimmicks, but never put the money where it’s important for performance. Look at what GM and Ford are able to do with their product levels in comparison.
