Does the car feel like it drives ok? Without a busted control arm, or 20" wheel it would be hard to rub a stock tire. Wondering if something came loose on the fender liner and it's not in the right position?

Car drives completely fine. Unless I've been driving with a broken control arm for 2 years. I'll send pics asap. I've had the BMW Dealership look at the suspension maybe 7 months back and they told me everything is fine and nothing is wrong.
