I have not spoken with my service yet, but unfortunately my car's warranty is expired already. However I managed to buy one used amp for a good price from Germany. I will make a call anyway, maybe they will replace it under a warranty claim. Can you share the TSB number?
The stealer doesn't replace the vent but installs a splash guard which I also ordered to install myself.
It's the item #8 in the ETK.
I also made a picture about the amp and it's visible there are some stain marks on it which must came from the vent next to it.
