I don't have an exact part number, but it's a standard part for a GT3. In my research it seems like guys with all types of cars make this same modification to keep their brakes cooler, and you can find knock offs on eBay for cheap.
For any application I've seen, there is some cutting of the spoilers to clear everything when turning lock to lock. Cutting the dust shield allows the newly directed air to make it to the rotor.
Also, the stock front lip has some small air flow cuts that line up nicely with the spoilers.
