I am so excited that I picked up the 1 of 1 allocation that BMW gave to this small island (Cyprus). Being a previous owner of the original M2, I decided to move to the CS for several reasons, so I grabbed the opportunity and bought one and i would like to share my experience until now.
First of all, the car drives better , than it looks , and i think it looks amazing already .The car has character (a rare thing these days) ,its just so much fun , and gives you a feel of confidence while driving , and this is just the beginning , ill share more when ill have a better view , i just have the car for a month ! Anyway, I was a bit anxious with the gold wheels and I can honestly say that they look amazing in real life, the colour is amazing ! Driving a 992 C2S back to back , id say the CS feels a lot better, even faster , is a car that gives you thrills every single time you get into it.
This time I chose the manual transmission for the CS instead of DCT in my OG. I would say I miss the DCT in traffic but since I use the car only for my driving pleasure mostly at night and weekends, I wouldn't ever go back to the DCT, really guys, I was suprised how the 6MT felt since the first time I got into the car. Suspension, driving dynamics, power increase, interior specialness, are all noticeable. For me, it's just the perfect car, really it is. I am 100% happy with my upgrade, anyone thinking changing from the OG M2 with N55, I would recommend you the car. For M2 Competition owners, I am not sure if it's worth the upgrade since I never drove one, but for sure it would be closer to the CS than the OG to the CS.
I am so so happy with the car, it really feels a different car. Suspension is much more better on the road, I like that stiffness which is much harder than my OG. And I can say guys, that the S55 is a great motor, really. Seats, a really must have upgrade. Roof - looks fantastic ! Exhaust noise, a bit muted, but after 2K km after the first service, they will update the car for full power, and as well open the exhaust valves.
Overall guys, I am really happy with it, it is special , it feels special, I couldn't ask for more power or any other upgrade rather than the sound due to opf.. I bought it, want to live with it, and keep it as much as i can. That feeling of specialness is everywhere !
I will have some more photos later this week since the car is at a detail shop for ceramic coating !
