I had cobra install BMW seat heater pads in my Nogaros, so they function 100% as stock. I could have had them do occupancy sensors as well, but I don't care about that functionality (all they do is disable the passenger airbag in a crash when you don't have a passenger), so i just coded them off. They also did them in Imola red leather for me, to match my interior, at no extra cost

I, too, have them mounted on OE BMW sliders with the BK mounts. The whole thing is about as factory/OE as an aftermarket seat can get, imo! And all without costing more than a "normal" generic setup (swiss cheese floor plate, crappy aftermarket slider, generic side mount, seat wrapped in generic color for all material).
