Moderately common, depends on how AG wants to prioritize for the upcoming productions cycles.
Can be 1 day to 2 week. If you were getting an individual option (which you cannot on the M2C anyway) it can take weeks. Just depends. I would check with BMW Genius or your CA.m every 2-3 days.
