Assuming you mean the anti-seize was applied on the back sides, in line with caliper pistons, yes I also would disassemble enough to clean it off. Anti-S does tend to dry out, and harden a bit. It is made for assembly of metal to metal and ease of later removals. The packet of lube enclosed in your brake kit would have been your best bet application. If you did not have that, then go to a decent auto parts store and get a plastic can of PERMATEX Brake Parts Lubricant. Sub titled: Ceramic Extreme. It is a purple silicone based prod. A mere light coat on back of pad where puck contacts piston will stop chatter and squeal. You Tube guys often use Anti-S but it is not best for brakes. Save it for mating bolt/nut parts.
