I don't track either, this is just a fun weekend car for the backroads. These have been perfect for almost 3 years now and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. If I had any complaints about this kit I'd switch to something else because I'm very picky. I had the H&R sport springs before the KWHAS and they were great too, I just didn't like the lack of height adjustability which is why I switched. Ride height (not quality) was my main priority but by a happy coincidence, these ride amazing. Win win.
