If you bought it from a legitimate authorized dealership or retailer I don't see why they wouldn't refund you if they have none available to replace yours with. Aren't there EU consumer protection laws? I'm from USA so I'm not 100% familiar with your laws but I was under the impression they were better than ours in the states
