+1 for Simply Tire. I know other shops can beat their prices but I end up coming back due to service, reputation and passion for what they do. You can get rims from other shops, have it shipped to Simply Tire and Allen won't have a problem receiving the shipment on your behalf to install new winter rubber. Other shops would frown upon it or worse refuse the business altogether.
