Is this a correct summary of the diff issues?
1) BMW recognized a problem and issued a fix for certian cars
2) Some people are still having issues and we have no word on what it is or how it will be fixed (is #2 the same people from #1? Or different people?)
3) Most people are fine and experience no noises at all
