I spent 3 hours this morning at my local dealer discussing an order for a manual LBB M2, fully optioned after test driving an M235i and being disillusioned with its softness. He started off telling me that there was such strong demand for the car that discounts were not being offered. I managed to get him to 3%, then 5% and finally 6% through a mixture of good humour and inimitable charm... but also by showing him that the car was available in Germany for 8% less than in France and that I would simply go and buy it in Germany if necessary. I'm very pleased with the result ! He couldn't give me a delivery date but it's probably mid 2017.
