It felt to me like the breakaway characteristics of the RS3 were a little more progressive when compared to the RS4. I've been running RS4s for the past three or four years though, so its been a while since i've run an RS3.
Also bear in mind, i aint running no mustang. My track car is basically an M2c in limp mode. 3400 lbs, 6-cylinders and just over 100 hp. Lower speeds means lower temperatures, so i wasn't really having any problems with overheating the tires.
