Correct.
Your deposit means nothing. It's just the dealer hoping to keep you when orders open.
They don't even know if they'll get an allocation yet. Or how many.
Perhaps when they they get allocation they will order yours say 5th if you were no 5 on their list but that might be no.10,000 worlwide.
Until orders ipen no one has one lined up. No factory slot pre reservations or anything like that can be made.
At least not mere mortals like us!
