Currently running 265/35/18 Yok A052's up front with R&T's. 18X10 +33 and a 15mm spacer. Had to increase preload nearly 10 mm beyond the suggested setting. Currently running 275/40/18 in the rear. It's a tall tire, no issues. 18X11 +44, no spacer.
