I'll have to agree here about the general trend.
Although to be fair, the M2's exhaust and overrun sounds better than the F8x.
For the record, I'm a sucker for exhaust burbles, pops, and backfires.
On my E46 & E90, i always loved when the exhaust is hot and i get a little pop from the exhaust when shifting and during decel.
But its gotten to a point where all these manufacturers have gone overboard with the overruns and it ends up sounding artificial.
