It's not like the M2 is a completely new sounding car. It's still just a turbo 6 made by BMW recently. It's not going to be THAT different than say a 335iS, Z4iS or 1M.
But to not hear the NA V8 in background is a completely different story. And like Bradleyland said, you can clearly hear the S65 induction noise all over the video, which cannot be duplicated on a turboed car.
On top of that, you aren't hearing the overruns and pops and farts, which we all know is the new M trademark with these turbo cars
Eh, what do I know? It's not like I fap to the S65 sound on a weekly basis when I drive it to work.
