It is indeed low.
I just received response from Dinan and they said it should be more tucked in and gave me some pointers. Unfortunately, the shop that installed it is telling me they've done all that they could and would show me. Since they are not an authorized Dinan dealer, I am debating taking it to an authorized dealer to have it inspected.
If anyone has this, I would love to see a pic of what it should look like.
