Can't say I've noticed. I'm not aware of any differences, pretty sure they are all the same. Popular choices I've heard people running are VRSF, FTP, and AA. If you can't find anyone running a particular brand on the forums, I'd say steer away from that. Go for the well reviewed and well documented brands, no need to re-invent the wheel and have a hard time fitting it on.
I'm running the FTP CP with a CSF intercooler. I have posted on the forums that the combination isn't ideal cause the charge pipe contacts my alternator, I've since checked and it actually doesn't but it is still is very close to my alternator. So the combination is actually fine, it's close but it's ok.
