I'm usually bringing my track wheels/tires to the track in the back seat and switching in the morning. But it's a pain to get everything ready before the driver's meeting. If I'm doing back to back weekends, or just feel lazy, I'll keep the track wheels on.
I've gotten about 5 days worth of 4 twenty minute sessions out of my RE71s before the grip went.
