No genuine complaint, but their position was “nobody reminded me to do my oil changes so it’s your fault” it never went to court or anything at all. Toyota Canada dismisses them due to lack of maintenance and negligence but as a dealer we helped them out. Keep in mind this is a customer that bought one car from us and never used us for service..not a very valuable customer.
