It turns out there is not a Cars and Coffee. The new member reception and DIY are now full. Although, you can certainly show up and tour the DYI.
Edit: It turns out the DIY has been moved across the street to Lamborghini. Not sure if the garage will be accessible like they are at BMW Sterling.
