Personally I wouldn't run 245/285... wouldn't you get more understeer than there is already?
I'm running 255/275 4S's and the handling is balanced, with a hint of oversteer at the limit (granted this is after I installed my front lip). So I'd think keeping it around the stock stagger difference would be ideal.
275/295 seems pretty aggressive - I'd be worried about rubbing without cambers plates.
