Vorsteiner V-FF 106 Tire Recommendations

I'm looking for some advice for tires being that this is my first set of custom wheels, there has been a learning curve.

Goals: Most likely will never track the car, but still looking for performance tires on the street, live in CA so don't mind summer tires year round. I also want the wheels/tires to look flush! Car is currently on stock suspension with no plans to change.

Wheels:

9.5" x 19" ET22
10.5" x 19" ET34

I contacted Vorsteiner and their recommendation for tires was:

245/30/19 Front
285/30/19 Rear

I've seen a post with the V-FF 106's from Vorsteiner and their stated tires sizes were:

245/35/19
285/30/19

The problem is that there aren't a lot of 285/30/19 options (and almost no options for the 245/30/19 - so I am going to ignore that recommendation and go with 245/35/19). The most obvious choice for me based on my goals is the Michelin Pilot 4S, however, you are limited to sizes of:

275/30/19
295/30/19

Is one a better pick over the other?

The Extreme Contacts come in 285/30/19 and so do the Firestone Indy 500's, both less expensive and well rated, but that about sums it up for what I think I want.

Anyone running these found a good combo?
