The only difference is the tires. When you go to 20's, because of the way they fit, you can usually fit a bit wider tire. So if a 285 is an easy fit on a 19, a 295 is usually an easy fit on a 20. And this is simply down to the smaller sidewall and how it's stretched over the wheel.

Im thinking of doing the following setup and want some help to make sure the front and rear offsets match to achieve a flushed look.

BC forged HCA383S 2 piece wheel

19x9.5 et22 with 265/30/19 front
19x11 et40 with 295/30/19 rear

Im going to lower the car on Ohlins R&T coilovers.
