Slowly. SO far only the smaller events, but I think when the hotel and remainder of travel restrictions lift on June 16th, it will be a go.
I moved my dates. I have 2 in July and 1 in August. I will do another in September, but holding off so far to see if/how the others happen.

I do like RSR. They treat you well, pretty decent instruction if you want it, and a good day overall. I never rented a car from them, but so far I like them.
