As many have said, its your choice, but if i had to do it again i think i'd get the DCT.
I think my decision to that also helps that i own a 2005 S2000 so when i want to drive a MT car, i get to drive a car that arguably has one of the best MT ever.

I can second this. The 6MT feels like a halfway measure towards automatic with rev matching.
If it's a weekender like mine, 6MT all the way but it gets boring to be honest. The gear ratios on my M2C feel really odd. I have accidentally sat at 4th gear at highway speeds without realizing it and after shifting to 6th it felt nearly the same.
If it's a daily, DCT all the way as the BMW manuals are not smooth.
