Canadian buyer here, but here's my 2-cents worth.
I grew up driving MT on a '74 2002. My current M2C is DCT as were my previous 2 M2's. My new CS will also be DCT.
Like others have said, MT's no fun in city traffic. With DCT, you can have best of both worlds. Plus on the track, DCT's the way to go.
At the end, to each his/her own. Just enjoy your baby.
