I went with same setup as you but with 25% reduction. Same bushing.
I bought this knob and it’s lovely in the hand and makes rowing the gears more enjoyable. I also bought the extra tall Bmw oe shift knob along with 2 other options and the Raceseng shifter best it easily imo. You can’t really get an extended shifter from auto solutions and still have the original boot work
